This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) amendment to a solicitation issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (W071 Omaha District). Amendment 0001, effective June 15, 2026, modifies solicitation W9128F26QA054 originally dated May 20, 2026. The amendment modifies Section 00 21 00 (Instructions) to update submission requirements and contractor responsibilities. Required proposal contents include the solicitation number, company information (name, address, tax ID, email, phone), authorized negotiators' details, technical and past performance information per FAR 52.212-2, confirmation of agreement with all solicitation terms, and acknowledgment of any amendments. The offeror must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the offer receipt date. All questions must be submitted in writing at least seven calendar days prior to the proposal due date. The amendment also specifies minimum insurance requirements including Workman's Compensation ($100,000), General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence), and conditional coverage for automobiles, aircraft, and vessels. Additionally, the amendment clarifies that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is exempt from state and local taxes under Title 4 United States Code 104-107, with Tax ID 62-1642142, though contractors remain liable for their own tax obligations with vendors and subcontractors.
