About this file

This is a Pricing Schedule template for a liner installation and restoration project. The schedule contains four contract line items (CLINs) structured as lump-sum job prices, with all parts, tools, labor, and equipment included in each line item. CLIN 0001 covers Preparatory and Site Setup Activities; CLIN 0002 addresses Pre-Lining Inspection, Cleaning, and Condition Assessment; CLIN 0003 encompasses Liner Preparation, Installation, and Quality Control; and CLIN 0004 includes Restoration, Demobilization, and Project Closeout. Each item is priced as a single job with a quantity of one.

The pricing instructions require that prices be entered for all individual items within the schedule. Submissions that provide only a total amount without individual line item pricing will be rejected. The Government reserves the right to verify all additions. In the event of discrepancies between individual job prices and the calculated total amount, the individual lump-sum prices will be treated as the submitted price and will take precedence over the total.
