Description of Effort
The narrative should address the following as a minimum:
· Provide a description of program and project, or portion of the program or project, performed by the business entity that is the subject of this citation
· Considering the past performance relevancy definitions in Section M, describe how your experience on this effort applies to that relevancy category and definition
· Technical, management, and schedule performance results
· Cost performance including any underruns or overruns, cost incentives earned or lost
· Significant program risks, issues, and problems.
