About this file
This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a firm fixed-price contract to provide custodial services at Fort Novosel, Alabama. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform custodial service tasks and meet the specified frequencies across 111 facilities on the installation.
The contract has a 1-year base period with four 12-month option periods, including a 1-month phase-in and 1-month phase-out. Services include scheduled cleaning as well as "as ordered" tasks such as floor stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, and special event support. The government will provide access to facilities, utilities, and equipment. The contractor must comply with various security, safety, and environmental requirements. Performance standards and frequency of tasks are detailed in technical exhibits. The contractor is required to provide a quality control plan, key personnel resumes, and other deliverables throughout the contract period.
