About this file
This document is an Enterprise-wide Custodial Services Performance Standards document that outlines the frequency and tasks required for custodial services at different facility types, including museums, libraries, and other installation facilities covered by the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The document provides a detailed matrix that specifies the performance standards for cleaning tasks such as restroom cleaning, floor sweeping and mopping, carpet cleaning, and low-level dusting. The standards are categorized into "Green", "Amber", "Red", and "Black" levels based on the frequency of the tasks, ranging from daily to annually. The frequency levels are tailored to the facility type and level of traffic. The document references the relevant PWS sections and industry standards that govern the custodial service requirements.
