20. In the response to question #17 you mentioned the Program Manager refers to the onsite manager, who would be the Government’s POC for day-to-day management. This is a duplicate with the requirement in section 3.1 TASK 1 which states the Project Manager will serve as the single point-of-contact for the Contractor …

QUESTION: We would like to clarify if both the Program Manager AND Project Manager need to be onsite as the single point-of-contact?

Answer: The Project Manager will be onsite. The government will be issuing an amendment to the solicitation and revising FAR 52.212-2, Factor 1 – Technical, at paragraph 1, to change the title Program Manager to Project Manager.
