The above-referenced solicitation for the Bluestone Dam Safety Assurance Project, Phase 5, Hinton, WV is hereby amended as follow s:
1. The bid schedule has been replaced in its entirety. Bid items 231 and 232 from Amendment 0003 have been removed. These w ere duplicates of bid items 82 (Pow er Distribution Wiring System - Left Side) and 83 (Pow er Distribution Wiring System - Right Side). As a result, the total number of bid items are reduced from 235 to 233.
2. The quantity on bid item 113 has been increased from 6,100 to 6,400 LF.
3. Draw ing B-701 dated 11/08/2019 has been replaced in its entirety w ith Draw ing B-701 dated 11/26/2019.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
