About this file
This is Amendment 0003 to a federal solicitation for laundry and dry cleaning services issued by the U.S. Army, effective April 7, 2026. The amendment modifies contract W911SF26RA010 and updates multiple contract line items (CLINs) and option line items to remove references to specific price list requirements and adjust service descriptions across several military installations.
The services cover linen items, specialty items, and sleeping systems for TRADOC installations; dry cleaning for chaplain vestments and ceremonial uniforms for military funerals and presidential inaugurations at specified locations including Muscogee County Headquarters JROTC, Auburn University, USPFO Atlanta, Columbus University, and WHINSEC; and laundry services at Auburn University, Columbus University, and WHINSEC. The contract pricing arrangement is firm fixed price per item with monthly estimated quantity limits. The amendment deletes nine CLINs (0007, 0008, and option items 1003, 1007, 2004, 2007, 3004, 3007, 4004, and 4007) and modifies the remaining CLINs by removing requirements to complete Attachment 9 price lists while maintaining the underlying service descriptions. Contract attachments were updated including Attachment 5 (Estimated Workload), Attachment 7 (Authorized Customers), Attachment 8 (Pickup-Delivery Schedule), and solicitation questions dated April 7, 2026. FAR clause 52.219-30 (Women-Owned Small Business notice) was deleted, and FAR clause 52.212-5 was modified to update incorporated clauses to January 2025 versions with current regulatory citations.
