About this file
This document contains a federal contract opportunity notice and related email correspondence. The contract opportunity is for the construction of five stream crossings at Fort McCoy in Wisconsin. Work will include repairing an existing bridge, installing new piers, guardrails, erosion control measures, and landscaping. Additional work includes constructing concrete culverts, roadways, cable mats, and erosion control for four other crossings. The project is valued between $2-3 million and has a period of performance ending June 2022. The solicitation will be a small business set-aside issued to HubZone firms as an invitation for bids evaluated on fixed price. The pre-solicitation was posted to provide notice of intent to issue the solicitation within 45 days and allow interested vendors to register to receive any amendments. Related email correspondence confirms a typographical error in stream work restriction dates in an attachment that will be corrected prior to solicitation.

Michelle, It should read “No in-stream work will be allowed from 30 September 2021 to 01 May 2022” verses “Now in-stream..…..”

Good morning, I think there is just a typo in these specs – it says on page 21/124 – “Now in-stream work will be allowed from 30 September 2021 to 01 May 2022”
All the other specs say that the in stream work is NOT allowed from those dates.
If you can confirm, vie email, the wording Is wrong, I can update it on my end.
Thanks Michelle
