Prospective vendors are required to attend a mandatory site visit scheduled for 10:00 A.M. PST on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Building 309, McChord Field (309 Pitsenbarger Blvd, JBLM, WA 98387). Vendors must submit the full names and titles of all attendees in advance by email to anateresa.p.torres.civ@army.mil and larijames.smith@us.af.mil no later than 12:00 PM PST on Monday, July 13, 2026. The site visit is conducted at the vendor's expense and is designed to eliminate misunderstandings regarding solicitation terms and to familiarize prospective vendors with the installation and types of services being acquired. Vendors must coordinate with TSgt Larijames Smith at larijames.smith@us.af.mil for base access information and plan to arrive at the McChord Field Visitor Center early to complete access procedures. JBLM is a controlled access installation requiring visitor passes, which can be obtained at the Visitor's Center (open 0600–1900 daily) immediately outside the McChord Field Gate. Vehicle drivers must present a valid driver's license with photo, proof of current vehicle insurance, and valid vehicle registration; all passengers must present a photo ID. Remarks made during the site visit do not modify the solicitation terms. Failure to attend the site visit does not constitute grounds for claims or adjustments after contract award, nor will non-attendance negatively impact evaluation.
