About this file
This document is a Solicitation Amendment for the Paving IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) contract at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington. The amendment (Number 0006) corrects an administrative clerical error in the Instructions to Bidders, specifically clarifying bid opening details while maintaining the previously established bid opening date of Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 9:00 AM (PST). The solicitation is a 100% competitive 8(a) set-aside acquisition for construction, removal, replacement, and repair of roadway and airfield paving projects, including associated infrastructure work such as subgrade, utilities, shoulders, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks.
Key bidding requirements include submitting one hard copy sealed bid, providing a complete bid package with specific documentation (including a cover page, SF 1442, bid schedule, bonding letter, bid bond guarantee, and representations/certifications), and ensuring active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). The contract has a program ceiling of $50,000,000.00, with pricing to be captured on Technical Exhibit A - ELIN Bid Schedule. The public bid opening will be held in the Dallas Conference Room at JBLM, with bidders required to complete security screening and notify the Contract Specialist in advance if they wish to attend.
