The Contractor shall monitor the unloading of waste to ensure that materials are placed in the proper locations and that materials not observed by the attendant are authorized for disposal.
2.3.1.5 Annual Survey: The Contractor shall provide an annual survey of the CD Landfill and Asbestos Cell along with an estimate of the remaining capacity in the CD Landfill and Asbestos Cell. The survey shall be performed by a Kansas-Registered Land Surveyor. The survey shall show property lines, property ownership, utility easements, rights-of-way, individual areas that have received solid waste for disposal, horizontal extents of the waste disposal areas, and topographic map of the facility with contour interval of two (2) feet or less.
