About this file
This bulletin amends Military Specification MIL-DTL-833H for belts, trousers, cotton webbing, with clip. The amendments require that belts be non-buffed rather than buffed. Each belt must include a certification label stating the certificate number and quarter and year of certification. The label text is specified. Certification procedures require contact with the Combat Capabilities Development Command Soldier Center for a copy of operating procedures under the U.S. Army Uniform Quality Control Program. These amendments are mandatory for procurement under that program until further revision of the specification.
