(c) The Contracting Officer will make final determination of compliance with regulations with regard to proper identification of contractor employees.
H.2 LIMITATIONS ON REIMBURSEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL COSTS OF CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL

Any residential costs incurred by contractor personnel above this maximum shall be the responsibility of the contractor’s employee.
(c) This annual maximum is based on the Department of State Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) rates for Saudi Arabia. In the event the Department of State LQA rates for Saudi Arabia change, there shall be no deviation from this authorized annual maximum cost of $18,700.00 per contractor employee unless it is addressed/proposed in writing to the Contracting Officer and incorporated into the resultant contract via a contract modification.
H.3 LIMITATIONS ON REIMBURSEMENT FOR CONTRACTOR OFFICE SPACE
(a) Reimbursement of costs for contractor office space shall not exceed the standard of Class B office space.
