About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract issued by the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC). The amendment is numbered 0001 with an effective date of 02 April 2026 and applies to solicitation W564KV26QA0014, originally dated 24 March 2026. The solicitation receipt deadline is not extended by this amendment.

The primary modification in Block 14 addresses the addition of clause 5152.233-4002, the AMC-Level Protest Program (June 2016), which establishes procedures for interested parties to file protests within AMC as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism before escalating to the Government Accountability Office. The amendment directs that complaints should first be resolved with the contracting officer, but protests to AMC headquarters must be submitted to the Office of Command Counsel-Deputy Command Counsel at Headquarters U.S. Army Materiel Command, 4400 Martin Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000, by fax at (256) 450-8840 or email at usarmy.redstone.usamc.mbx.protests@army.mil. The AMC protest decision goal is to resolve protests within 45 working days from filing, with contract award and performance suspended during the protest period consistent with FAR 33.103 timeframes. The Contracting Officer is Brandon M. Donalson, and all further questions must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the solicitation close date of 24 April 2026. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the solicitation deadline.
