Summary of Technical Specifications for Multi-Slice Spiral CT Scanner Procurement

This document contains technical specifications and requirements for the procurement of a multi-slice spiral computed tomography (CT) scanner system with associated equipment and services. The specifications detail a whole-body CT scanner requiring minimum 32 physical slices per rotation and 64 reconstructed slices, with a gantry tunnel diameter of at least 70 cm and a 360-degree rotation time not exceeding 0.35 seconds. The X-ray generator must deliver maximum power of 55 kW with tube current strength of 460 mA maximum and voltage range of 80–140 kV, while the anode must have heat capacity of 7.0 million thermal units and cooling rate of 1,070 thousand thermal units per minute. The detector system requires solid-state technology with minimum 54,000 detector elements, 32 physical rows, and 40 mm anatomical coverage per rotation, with capability to produce maximum 64 reconstructed slices at 0.625 mm minimum collimated slice thickness.

The procurement includes a motorized patient table with 1,730 mm scanning range and 225 kg load capacity, operator console with color LCD monitor (minimum 19 inches, 1280x1024 resolution), and comprehensive software packages supporting multiplanar reconstruction, 3D volumetric rendering, cerebral perfusion analysis, vessel analysis, and cardiac imaging with ECG synchronization. Additional equipment requirements include uninterruptible power supply, voltage stabilizer, lead glass shielding (800 x 1200 mm minimum), automatic bolus injector, and medical film printer. The procurement also specifies a 100–120 kW diesel generator with automatic start and protective cover. Required services include equipment delivery, commissioning, specialist-led training for medical professionals, and 12-month warranty from commissioning date. All equipment must comply with Ukrainian technical regulations, with Ukrainian-language software documentation and generator serviceability in Ukraine required.
