TE-1015 Gates GAD.pdf

This document outlines a forthcoming federal contract opportunity for facilities maintenance and repair services. The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Theater Contracting Center (Europe) Unit intends to issue a solicitation for an IDIQ contract to provide all management, material, supplies, supervision, personnel, labor facilities, transportation, general and specialized equipment, maintenance, repair and base maintenance services for approximately 15 locations in the US Army Garrison Rheinland Pfalz footprint in Germany. The period of performance includes a five-year ordering period with a potential nine-month option and a three-month phase-in period. The estimated ceiling is $375 million. The NAICS code is 561210 for Facilities Support Services. The solicitation is expected in the first quarter of 2020 under full and open competition.

The related file appears to be a list of gates and sliding doors at one of the garrison locations, including identification numbers and inspection frequencies, but does not provide additional context about the requirements.
