About this file
This document contains an attachment outlining maintenance checklists for electrical systems at power plants and substations, as well as a notice for a forthcoming requirements contract for facilities maintenance and repair services at U.S. Army installations in Germany.
The maintenance checklists provide guidance for daily, monthly, annual, and compensations checks of electrical components including transformers, switchgear, generators, uninterrupted power supplies, frequency converters, and exterior grounds. The forthcoming requirements contract is anticipated to have a ceiling value of $375 million and a period of performance including a five-year ordering period and nine-month option period. The contract will be for base maintenance services at approximately fifteen locations under the U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland Pfalz footprint in Germany. The solicitation is planned for release in the first quarter of 2020 under full and open competition.
