About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W519TC26QA023 issued by the U.S. Army (WCSG ACC-RI, Rock Island Arsenal) for pest control services at Pine Bluff Arsenal. The amendment extends the solicitation closing date from 16 March 2026 at 12:00pm CST to 18 March 2026 at 12:00pm CST. The amendment addresses prospective contractor questions and provides government responses to clarify service requirements. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The pest control services required include nuisance pest treatments (monthly, quarterly, and on-call basis), termite treatments and inspections (as requested), mosquito treatments (as requested), selective weed control (386 acres), non-selective weed control (500 acres), and animal control (approximately 20 incidents annually, primarily skunks and snakes). Service locations are detailed in Attachment E. Contractors must treat requested areas until reaching the specified acreage amounts. Typical pests covered include roaches and ants. Installation-specific pesticide restrictions and approved chemical lists will be provided to the contract awardee. Background checks and installation access credentials are required and can be obtained in less than one hour. Emergency pest control response time is 24 hours. No specific format for service logs or treatment reporting is required, and site visits are not mandatory, though optional visits could have been arranged within the first two weeks of solicitation release. Contract Specialist Ashley Testrake and Contracting Officer Michelle Pleasant are the points of contact.
