About this file
This document appears to be a water contamination response plan for a maintenance contractor at a military base. The plan outlines the steps the contractor and base personnel must take in response to a potential water contamination threat, including notifying the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Facilities Coordination Operations Center (FCOC), and other relevant parties. The plan was developed in response to an actual water contamination event that occurred on June 25, 2013, which was ultimately determined to be non-credible.
The related federal contract opportunity is for a solicitation to provide Base Operations Support Services at the U.S. Army Fort Carson in Colorado. The contract will include various Common Level of Services (CLS), such as grounds maintenance, facility maintenance, heating and cooling services, and wastewater services.
