About this file
This document is an Analytical Report prepared for the Washington Air National Guard regarding lead analysis testing conducted at Camp Murray. The report provides detailed results of metals (ICP) analysis for 9 soil samples collected from Camp Murray on December 1, 2023 and January 23-24, 2024. The analysis was performed by Eurofins Seattle, an accredited laboratory, and included lead concentrations ranging from 0.35 mg/kg to 33 mg/kg. Quality control samples were also analyzed. This report supports the federal contract opportunity W50S9E24QA003 for the demolition of Building 531 at Paine Field, which requires a site visit on April 17, 2024 and submission of quotes by April 24, 2024. The solicitation lists the evaluation criteria and requests a price quote including the contractor's name, UEID/CAGE Code, valid through September 30, 2024.

Job Narrative 580-136008-1
Analytical test results meet all requirements of the associated regulatory program listed on the Accreditation/Certification Summary Page unless otherwise noted under the individual analysis. Data qualifiers are applied to indicate exceptions. Noncompliant quality control (QC) is further explained in narrative comments.
· Matrix QC may not be reported if insufficient sample or site-specific QC samples were not submitted. In these situations, to demonstrate precision and accuracy at a batch level, a LCS/LCSD may be performed, unless otherwise specified in the method.
· Surrogate and/or isotope dilution analyte recoveries (if applicable) which are outside of the QC window are confirmed unless attributed to a dilution or otherwise noted in the narrative.
Receipt The samples were received on 1/25/2024 11:49 AM. Unless otherwise noted below, the samples arrived in good condition, and, where required, properly preserved and on ice. The temperature of the cooler at receipt time was 19.5°C
Note: All samples which require thermal preservation are considered acceptable if the arrival temperature is within 2C of the required temperature or method specified range. For samples with a specified temperature of 4C, samples with a temperature ranging from just above freezing temperature of water to 6C shall be acceptable. Samples that are hand delivered immediately following collection may not meet these criteria, however they will be deemed acceptable according to NELAC standards, if there is evidence that the chilling process has begun, such as arrival on ice, etc.
Method 6010D - Metals (ICP) Samples 24-041-531 (136008-1), 24-042-531 (136008-2), 24-043-531 (136008-3), 24-044-ASOG (136008-4), 24-045-ASOG (136008-5), 24-046-ASOG (136008-6), 24-047-ASOG (136008-7), 24-048-ASOG (136008-8) and 24-049-ASOG (136008-9) were analyzed for Metals (ICP). The samples were prepared on 1/26/2024 and analyzed on 1/30/2024.
