About this file
This amendment to a solicitation modifies the requirements for construction services at Portland Air National Guard Base. Key changes include extending the response deadline from November 30 to December 14, 2023, correcting the period of performance to 365 days, and incorporating the site visit sign-in sheet and responses to requests for information. Services include altering an existing building for a 6,500 square foot addition, exterior wall assembly, electrical and communication upgrades, demolition and relocation of fencing and utilities, and optional demolition of a separate building. The solicitation is set aside for small 8(a) businesses and seeks a firm fixed price contract. A pre-bid conference was held on November 7 and questions must be submitted by a specified deadline prior to the bid opening on the date listed in the solicitation. The applicable construction wage determination and instructions for bid submission are also provided.
