About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to Request for Quote (RFQ) W50S8J26QA018 issued by the 109th Airlift Wing, Stratton Air National Guard Base, New York on July 9, 2026. The amendment incorporates a new Question and Answer document dated July 13, 2026, updates the Statement of Work to Amendment 02, and replaces the previous SOW Amendment 01. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside for replacing Building 34 auditorium seating at Stratton ANGB, Project Number VBDZ262106.

Offerors may submit quotes for two options: Quote Option A for full replacement of all auditorium chairs, or Quote Option B for partial replacement while retaining and matching the existing newer back row. Vendors are permitted to submit alternate quotes for both options simultaneously. For Option B submissions, offerors must explicitly state they are using the partial replacement approach and demonstrate that proposed seating matches the existing back row. Quotes will be evaluated on three factors: Price, Technical (cut sheets, technical specifications, and manufacturer data for auditorium chairs and commercial-grade carpet demonstrating compliance with SOW requirements), and Past Performance (at least one relevant project completed within three years with a verified point of contact). A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Civil Engineering Building. All quotes must be submitted via email to 109.aw.fal.msc.contracting@us.af.mil. Applicable construction wage rates are General Decision Number NY20260002, Modification Number 2, dated May 18, 2026.
