About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to Request for Quote (RFQ) W50S8J26QA018 issued by the 109th Airlift Wing, Stratton Air National Guard Base, New York on July 9, 2026. The solicitation seeks quotes for replacing auditorium seating in Building 34 (Project Number VBDZ262106). This is a 100% small business set-aside requiring quotes to be submitted via email to 109.aw.fal.msc.contracting@us.af.mil. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Civil Engineering Building (Bldg. 25), 1 Air National Guard Road, Scotia, NY 12302. Attendees must present valid Government-issued REAL ID along with vehicle registration, driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, and safety inspection/car rental agreement if applicable.

The amendment authorizes contractors to submit multiple/alternate quotes for two options: Option A provides full replacement of all auditorium chairs, while Option B allows partial replacement by retaining the existing newer back row of chairs and procuring new chairs that aesthetically and functionally match the retained row. Contractors may submit quotes for both options, with the Government evaluating all valid submissions to make a single award based on best overall value. If quoting Option B, the offeror's technical submittal must explicitly state the partial replacement approach and provide evidence that proposed seating matches the existing back row. The Statement of Work has been updated to reflect this alternate quoting language, and the evaluation criteria have been revised accordingly. Applicable construction wage rates are General Decision Number NY20260002 Modification Number 2, dated May 18, 2026.
