About this file
This document is a set of questions and responses from a Request for Information (RFI) related to a federal contract opportunity. The RFI inquired about specifications for a rolling counter shutter and the removal and handling of roof drains and compressed air lines as part of a renovation and expansion project for Building 208 at the 188th Wing, Fort Smith, Arkansas.
The associated federal contract opportunity is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the renovation and 3,000 SF expansion of Building 208. The project is set aside for Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) and has an anticipated contract value between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Key details include a pre-bid conference on 17 June 2024, a bid opening on 23 July 2024, and a 365-calendar day period of performance after the notice to proceed.
