Q23: Section L.2.3.1.a. provides that an electronic copy of the SF33, acknowledged RFP amendments, price matrix and SAM reps and certs should be submitted. We understand this to be a submission through DOD Safe like the proposal volumes referenced in L.2.3.1.b. Is that correct?
A23: Yes that is correct. This electronic copy shall be through DOD Safe.
Q24: Section L.2.3.1.c. provides that one hard copy and one electronic (CD) copy of the SAM reps and certs be submitted. We understand this to be an additional, separate submission from the volumes submitted through DOD Safe. Is that correct?
A24: This language has been updated in Amendment 05. References of Hard Copies or CDs are removed and this will be electronic through DOD Safe.
Q25: We request that the proposal due date be extended to June 30.
A25: The Government approves this request to extend the proposal due date from 16 June 2022 to 30 June 2022.
