About this file

This pricing matrix and associated documents provide templates for offerors to propose pricing for base operations support services at Fort Hamilton, New York. The solicitation requires offerors to complete spreadsheets detailing proposed labor rates, fringe benefits, and indirect costs for the phase-in period and base period through four option years. Templates are provided for management/exempt labor categories and CBA-covered and SCA-covered labor categories. Instructions specify how to account for taxes, workers' compensation, holidays, vacation, sick leave, and other benefits. Templates also require offerors to propose pricing for materials/equipment/ODCs and project work for evaluation, applying indirect rates at cost with no fee. The Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command at Picatinny Arsenal issued solicitation number W15QKN-19-R-1004 and has scheduled a site visit for January 24, 2019, with all questions due by January 30th and proposals due February 13, 2019.
