Complete RFP W15QKN-15-R-0017 (Mortar Weapon Systems)
Question 1: The current Parts list shows 1010‐01‐020‐5626 (Cannon, 60mm Mortar: M225), CLIN’s 100‐110. Our information shows this part to be obsolete and replaced by 1010‐01‐586‐2874. Is the intent for Bidders to find the obsolete part or to quote the replacement?
RESPONSE: NSN 1010-01-020-5626 is not the Cannon, it is the M224 60mm Combinations of Adopted Items (COAI), which is the legacy 60mm Mortar Weapon System that we may buy for FMS sales, it is also not obsolete.
