Sheet1 43 We have been unable to access the data provided to us through the IR. Do you have status of when this information will be available to the vendors? The correct site is: https://ir-registration.sd.spawar.navy.mil. This site requires PKI or ECA certificate.

Due to new Navy hosting requirements, the old URL (http://ir-public.jpeojtrs.mil/) is no longer supported. See Amendment 0005 which updates the web site address in attachment 0011.

44 Performance Work Statement for the Army Soldier Radio Waveform (SRW) Appliqué Radio System - Basic Award - Section 5.3.7.1.4, “(o) External Co-Site Mitigation Filter shall be provided as a separate part. A separate filter for each specified pass band shall be available. The co-site mitigation filter specification can be obtained from the Contracting Officer.” Request the co-site filter mitigation specification be provided as soon as possible due to the quick turnaround for the proposal submission.
