TRANSFER TO THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF CLIENT ACCESS

AND OTHER SOFTWARE LICENCES.

2. BLK 8: APPROVAL AND DISTRIBUTION STATEMENTS REQUIRED.

3. BLK 9: THE FOLLOWING DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT SHALL BE INCLUDED ON THE

DELIVERABLE:

DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D – DISTRIBUTION AUTHORIZED TO DOD AND U.S.

DOD CONTRACTORS ONLY FOR (ADMINISTRATIVE OR OPERATIONAL USE), AS

DETERMINED ON (21 jULY 2022). OTHER REQUESTS MAY BE REFERRED TO THE

COMMANDING OFFICER, NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER, TRAINING SYSTEMS

DIVISION, PJM 12211 SCIENCE DRIVE, ORLANDO, FL 32826-3224.

4. BLK 12 & 13: SUBMISSION SHALL BE DUE AT COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE

FIRST DELIVERED UNIT AND ANY REFRESH INSTALLATIONS.

5. BLK 12: WHEN REQUIRED, THE SUBMISSION SHALL ALSO INCLUDE DOCUMENTATION

TO SHOW PROOF AND TRANSFER TO THE GOVERNMENT OF ANY COMPUTER

OPERATING SYSTEM AND COTS SOFTWARE LICENCES IN THE QUANTITY REQUIRED IN

THE CONTRACT.
