About this file
This document is a requirements checklist for a solicitation seeking a virtual paint simulator. The Navy Naval Air Systems Command solicitation requires quoters to demonstrate in their quotes that they can manufacture, deliver, and set up hardware at eight training sites. Quotes must also identify and mitigate risks, support a post-award kickoff meeting within 10 days of award and bi-weekly meetings. Additional requirements include conducting a ready-to-ship technical interchange meeting prior to first shipment, providing two simulator modes for instructor-led and self-directed training, including 15 specified simulation features, and providing six required trainer labs. Quoters must also demonstrate the ability to conduct required test and acceptance, logistics, and cybersecurity tasking, as well as complete 21 documentation deliverables. The checklist will be used by technical evaluators to determine quote acceptability.
