About this file
This document is a Task Order Announcement (TOA) for a design-build construction project to rebuild resilient shore facilities at U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Juan in Puerto Rico, required due to damages from Hurricane Maria. Phase 1 will focus on infrastructure, utilities distribution, and resiliency for the Rio Bayamon Housing Sites, including a new campus-wide generator system and water storage tank.
The work is being procured under the National Multiple Award Construction Contract III - Pool One (NMACC III-P1) IDIQ contract. The government anticipates awarding one firm-fixed-price task order based on a best value trade-off between price and non-price factors. The non-price factors are: 1) Underground Utilities, 2) Procurement of Labor and Materials, and 3) Approach Narrative. Proposals are due on July 22, 2024. The period of performance is 389 calendar days after award. The estimated project cost range is $20M-$24M.
