About this file

Technical Exhibit 2 is a comprehensive inventory of Government-Furnished Property (GFP) for a facilities maintenance services contract at the United States Coast Guard Aviation Training Center in Mobile, Alabama. The document details 17,167 square feet of facilities across multiple buildings, including pump houses, storage sheds, engineering offices, and equipment buildings, with some spaces retained for government use. The property inventory includes high-value and minor equipment across several specialized shop categories: Facilities Engineering, Air Conditioning, Carpenter, Electrical, Pipe, and Motor Pool, with equipment ranging from tractors and generators to specialized tools and vehicles.

The equipment is categorized by condition codes from 1 (unused-good) to 9 (repairs required-poor), with total asset values varying from $60 to $100,000 per item. Notable high-value items include a Toyota Forklift ($45,270), International Bucket Truck ($100,000), and multiple Ditch Witch machinery. The contract requires the contractor to maintain and replace the provided equipment, returning all items in good condition at contract completion. This GFP listing supports the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside facilities maintenance services solicitation for comprehensive maintenance across transportation, electrical, heating, water, sewage, and grounds management services.
