About this file
The document is a detailed, step-by-step technical instruction manual from Oasis Coolers for restarting and sanitizing a PG8AC water fountain, specifically focusing on the process of flushing and preparing the unit after a shutdown. The instructions are comprehensive, covering multiple stages including unplugging the unit, draining the cold tank, bypassing the filter (if applicable), performing flush cycles, reconnecting the filter, and sanitizing the exterior.
The manual provides precise technical guidance with visual illustrations for each step, requiring specific tools like a T15 Torx screwdriver, disinfectant wipes, latex/nitrile gloves, and a bucket. The procedure involves carefully depressurizing the system, draining and reflushing the tank, potentially bypassing and replacing the water filter, and thoroughly cleaning the unit's exterior.
