| Ex. 1 | TRICARE Operations Manual (TOM) | Chapter 2, Sec 1, para 1.1.1 | Transition Meetings | The draft RFP states that "The incoming and outgoing contractor shall attend a 5 business day meeting with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) within 15 calendar days following contract award." Will the Government consider revising this requirement to state that the meeting will commence no earlier than 15 calendar days following contract award? | This revision would ensure that both the incoming and outgoing contractors have adequate time to prepare for the meetings and to make necessary travel arrangements for all involved parties. |
| Ex. 2 | C.2.8. Clinical Quality Management | C.2.8.1 | Quality Mgmt | The draft RFP states that a Clinical Quality Management and Patient Safety Program will need to be established. Our organization has concerns with the lack of detail as to when the plan needs to be created and or implemented by. Additional detail is appreciated. | |
