About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation (SPRTA1-23-R-0196) for the remanufacture of five (5) Pratt & Whitney F100 Engine Modules under the Pratt & Whitney Captains of Industry Supplier Capability Contract (PW COI SCC) SPE4AX-22-D-0001. The purpose of the amendment is to extend the proposal due date to July 8, 2024. The estimated award date is May 12, 2025, with a plan to provide a Letter of Intent to exercise the first option in conjunction with an amended letter RFP containing updated Estimated Unit Quantities (BEQs) for the Continental U.S. (CONUS) and Outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS) depots. The contractor will be required to provide revalidation of unit prices for Years 4-6 for the CONUS depot along with a proposal for the OCONUS depot. This is a sole-source requirement to Pratt & Whitney Corporation, and the contractor must be an approved and qualified source to remanufacture the specified National Stock Numbers (NSNs) prior to award.
