About this file

This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and related federal contract opportunity. The CDRL requires the contractor to submit a Cost and Hour Report using the FlexFile format on a frequency specified in an attachment. It must include data on contractor costs in accordance with the Cost and Software Data Reporting system. The report is to be delivered electronically through the Cost Assessment Data Enterprise portal.

The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice from the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation and United States Air Force for the remanufacturing of F100 engine modules over ten years. The contractor must be able to remanufacture inlet fans, cores, fan drive turbines, high pressure turbines, and gearboxes for the F100-PW-220/220E/-229/-229EEP engines at facilities in Europe and the continental United States. The estimated delivery turnaround times range from 200 to 300 days. The requirement is sole-sourced to Pratt & Whitney and the contractor must be an approved source to remanufacture the national stock numbers prior to award.
