About this file
This document is a Solicitation Question Set for a DLA Troop Support Indo-Pacific procurement for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (FF&V) for Non-DoD Schools on Oahu, solicitation number SPE302-25-R-0005. The document addresses two key questions from potential offerors: first, about acceptable Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) certifications, with DLA clarifying that USDA GAP, Harmonized GAP Plus, USDA Plant Systems Audit - Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), or independent third-party certifying company audit reports are acceptable.
The second question relates to updates in Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items, where DLA made specific changes to item descriptions, including modifying package sizes for Red Apples (to 40 LBs) and Baking Russet Potatoes (to 50 LBs). The document instructs vendors to use the updated Attachment 1 – Schedule of Items R3 for pricing submission and includes a note requesting pricing and seasonal availability information for Dragon Fruit (line item 64) from the USDA. The solicitation is dated 22 August 2025 and is issued by the DLA Troop Support Indo-Pacific Procurement Office in Hawaii.
