Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) Schedule Electrolytic Manganese Metal (EMM)

Defense Logistics Agency (DSO-F) intends to purchase a total of 7,140 metric tons (MT) of Electrolytic Manganese Metal (EMM) flakes with a minimum manganese (Mn) content of 99.00% by mass (Mn content = 100 x (mass of contained Mn ÷ mass of total substances). See below table for delivery breakdown, with base CLIN 0001and CLIN 1001 and CLIN 2001 being for option quantities and subject to availability of funds.

CLIN 0001 –Metric Ton

The price associated with providing 3,600 MT of Electrolytic Manganese Metal (EMM) flakes with a minimum manganese (Mn) content of 99.00% by mass (Mn content = 100 x (mass of contained Mn ÷ mass of total substances). This includes the price associated with the material packaged in new UN 1A2 rated steel drums with a rated capacity of 30 or 55 gallons or metric equivalent capacity.

CLIN 1001 –Metric Ton

The price associated with providing 2,100 MT of Electrolytic Manganese Metal (EMM) flakes with a minimum manganese (Mn) content of 99.00% by mass (Mn content = 100 x (mass of contained Mn ÷ mass of total substances). This includes the price associated with the material packaged in new UN 1A2 rated steel drums with a rated capacity of 30 or 55 gallons or metric equivalent capacity.

This includes the price associated with the material packaged in new UN 1A2 rated steel drums with a rated capacity of 30 or 55 gallons or metric equivalent capacity.
