Section 7.10 Deliverable 008 references a system upgrade of any system older than Windows 10 or Server 2008R2. It then references Section 7.6.5 for more details. However, Section 7.6.5 doesn’t provide any determinations if a system is outdated and needs to be replaced. Can the Government identify what systems are running an outdated version of Windows?

LENEL DB and APP servers. GFMS computer. MNS workstation.

Section 7.8.3 identifies a 4-hour response time for any emergency calls, and states that the Contractor shall work continuously until the issue is resolved. We have some parts onsite. For example, a card reader isn't working won't be an emergency. This classification is mainly for when the application is down/offline and to bring it back online. The government will cover the materiel. CLIN 0003 is a parts CLIN.
