AMENDMENT 0002
Amendment 0002 is hereby incorporated into solicitation SP3300-20-B-0001.
Amendment 0002 is being issued to modify the working hours identified in the Project Specifications, Section 01 14 00, Part 1.4.2 and Part 1.4.3; on drawing no. G-001, sheet 1, section Construction Constraint Notes, note 2, and in solicitation document, and to correct the NAICS code identified in the solicitation, and to provide pictures from the site visit.
1. Section 01 14 00 Part 1.4.2 Working Hours, is being changed:
From: Regular working hours must consist of an 8-1/2 hour period, between 0700 and 1530, Monday through Friday, excluding Government holidays. Exception, daily asbestos removal and disposal to occur between the hours of 0300 to 0700 prior to start of normal working hours for the day.
To: Regular working hours shall consist of an 8-1/2 hour period, between 0700 and 1530, Monday through Friday, excluding Government holidays. Exception, all demolition and disposal shall be performed at night between the hours of 2030 thru 0500 prior to start of regular working hours for the day.
2. Section 01 14 00 Part 1.4.3 is being changed:
From: Work outside regular working hours requires Contracting Officer Representative approval. Make application 15 working days prior to such work to allow arrangements to be made by the Government for inspecting the work in progress, giving the specific dates, hours, location, type of work to be performed, contract number and project title. Based on the justification provided, the Contracting Officer may approve or deny work outside regular hours. During periods of darkness, the different parts of the work must be lighted in a manner approved by the Contracting Officer Representative. The Contractor shall coordinate its efforts to make all utility cutovers outside normal working hours or on Saturdays, Sundays, to the greatest extent possible to minimize impact to existing operations unless directed otherwise.

Roof installation may be performed during normal business hours see note 1 above. All safety precautions shall be followed for working at night.
To: All demolition and disposal shall be performed at night between the hours of 2030 thru 0500 hours. Roof installation shall be performed during normal business hours (0700-1530) see construction constraint note 1 above. All safety precautions shall be followed for working at night.
4. On page 4 of the solicitation document, Hours of Work is being changed:
From: Contractor's working hours, the work hours shall be unlimited, excluding Government holidays.
Federal holidays are those days officially observed by the Federal Government. Saturday holidays are observed on the preceding Friday and Sunday holidays the following Monday. New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and any other day as may be declared by the President to be a Federal holiday.
