1. The Performance Work Statement for Sheppard AFB, TX is modified as follows:

9. HOURS OF OPERATION. The Service Provider shall:

9.1. Normal duty hours are 0730-2100 Monday-Friday with normal standby hours from 2100-0730 Monday-Friday.

Hours of operation, outside normal hours vary within each section. (See Table Below)

As designated per the weekly 80 FTW request

Note: It shall be the SP’s responsibility to establish hours based on mission requirements. All changes to above schedule will be approved by QAP/COR prior to implementation.

Note: Standby definition – Fuels POC that can be contacted in case of an emergency after hours support. A quarterly list of POC(s) shall be provided to 82 TRW Command Post and 82 LRS Fuels COR. POC list shall be provided no later than 1st day of Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct.

9.2. The SP shall provide fuels distribution in support of the 80 FTW daily flying schedule. The normal flying period is defined as 15 minutes prior to official sunrise to 15 minutes after official sunset.

2. After discussions, offerors shall modify proposals to incorporate this correction.

3. Acknowledgement of amendment 0006 shall be submitted in offeror’s final revised proposal.
