AMD 0004
Amendment 0004 amends the above solicitation as follows:
1. Sign-in sheets from site visits on 16 and 17 February, 2011 are attached.
2. Sheppard AFB slides from site visit are attached.
3. PWS Changes:
a. The PWS is modified for both installations as follows:
9.1. Provide aviation, ground fuel and cryogenic services during normal airfield operating hours and as required in Section 4, paragraphs 10-12 (below). During normal airfield operating hours, meet aircraft refueling response times per Section 1, Para 1.7. After normal airfield operating hours respond to fuel and cryogenic requests within one hour (30 minutes to arrive at the installation and 30 minutes to respond to the request).
b. The PWS for Sheppard AFB, TX is modified as follows:
i. Section 1, 1.5. Operate the government self-service automated service station to provide 24 hours a day seven days a week support of the following products; unleaded gasoline, diesel, bio-diesel and ethanol 85.
Manually operate the service station should the automated system fail or be disabled at anytime, until the system is restored.
ii. Section 4, 9.3 Normal Operating hours: (The normal flying period is defined as 15 minutes prior to official sunrise to 15 minutes after official sunset)
Airfield Support:
Monday-Friday 0730-1630 Monday-Friday (Standby) 1630-0730
Storage Support:
Monday-Friday 0730-2300 Monday-Friday (Standby) 2300-0730
Military Service Station 24 hours
Hours of operation, outside normal hours, vary within each section as stated below:
Airfield Support:
Monday-Friday (After Hours Support ) 1630-2400 Friday-Monday (Weekend Standby) 1630-0730 Holiday Standby 24 hours
Storage Support:
Friday-Monday (Weekend Standby) 2300-0730 Holiday Standby 24 hours Sunday Hours/Cross Country Flying Support-As designated per weekly fighter wing request
Standby represents those SP employees that can be contacted in case of an emergency for after hours support.
A quarterly list of employees shall be provided to 82 TRW Command Post and 82 LRS Fuels COR. List shall be provided no later than 1st day of January, April, July and October.
