The ITRP program supports formal programs (new hire training, experienced Patents staff training, etc.) and offer support through one-on-one assists, classroom instruction and demos, and remotely via collaboration tools.

• Digital Media Services (DMS)

DMS is the premier multimedia support organization within the USPTO. The DMS team provides production services, including concept development along with production and post-production. For an all-in-one script-to-screen solution, DMS can write, produce, and edit a finished product that fits any project objective. Besides internal customers, DMS interacts with other government agencies, universities, and the National Inventor's Hall of Fame.

DMS Virtual Event specialists provide assistance to customers with web-based communication requirements. Technicians prepare, train, monitor and provide technical support & troubleshooting services for USPTO town hall events, training sessions and conferences. The
