About this file
This is a Solicitation Amendment No. 2 issued by the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals (BIIA) in Washington on October 16, 2026, for Certified Court Reporting Services (Solicitation Number: BIIA2027CCRS). The amendment replaces the original solicitation, Exhibit B-Contract, and Exhibit D-Scored Non-Cost Factors in their entirety. The BIIA seeks a contractor to provide statewide, verbatim, certified court reporting services, including transcripts of hearings and conferences conducted by industrial insurance appeal judges. Prospective bidders must use the revised exhibits when preparing and submitting their responses to ensure compliance with the updated requirements.
All terms, conditions, and requirements of the original solicitation remain unchanged except for the documents specifically replaced by this amendment. Bidders are required to review the revised materials carefully, as acceptance of a bid will constitute a binding contract between the successful bidder and BIIA. No specific response deadline, award date, contract term, pricing structure, or renewal options are detailed in this amendment document.
