About this file
This is a Solicitation Amendment issued by the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals (BIIA) in Washington State on October 14, 2026, for Certified Court Reporting Services. The amendment replaces Exhibit A (Bidders Certification) from the original solicitation in its entirety. The BIIA is seeking a contractor to provide statewide, verbatim, certified court reporting services, including transcripts of hearings and conferences conducted by industrial insurance appeal judges. Court reporting firms interested in contracting with BIIA must submit bids that, upon acceptance and countersignature by BIIA, will constitute a binding contract. All original terms, conditions, and requirements of the solicitation remain unchanged except for the revised exhibit.
Prospective bidders are required to use the revised Exhibit A Bidders Certification when preparing and submitting their responses to the solicitation. No additional information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, contract duration, renewal options, or funding is provided in this amendment document, as it serves solely to replace the certification exhibit from the original solicitation materials.
