The above numbered solicitation is amended as set forth in Item 14. The hour and date specified for receipt of Offers is extended. is not extended.
Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended, by one of the following methods:

A) The project consists of earth work, excavation, infrastructure, water distribution system, sanitary sewer, storm drain, electrical, telecommunications, concrete, masonry, structural steel, framing, roofing, carpentry, mill work, painting, plumbing, mechanical, lead and lead based paint abatement/removal, asbestos abatement /removal, site work, road and parking lot paving, airfield pavement, HAZMAT surveys and other specialty and general contracting work.
B) This solicitation will result in a multiple award IDIQ contract and is set aside for Total Small Businesses. A minimum of 5 awardees in anticipated. The contract will consist of a one-year base period plus 6 one-year option periods and a 6 month extension of services.
C) NAICS code is 236220; Size standard is $45,000,000.00.
D) Contractor shall reference Att J-7 Section L for preparation of proposals. The solicitation will be evaluated IAW Section M.
E) Enter proposal price in Att J-8 Seed Project Bid Schedule with individual unit prices rounded to the nearest hundredth. Do not add pricing in Section B.
F) Past performance questionnaires are due NLT the RFP closing date (Block 13).
G) All questions will be submitted to william.kearns.

H) IAW DFARS 236.204, the estimated contract ceiling of this entire construction project, which includes the total of all awardees and their base and option periods, ranges between $250,000,000.00 and $500,000,000.00.
I) IAW FAR 36.204, the estimated contract ceiling of the seed project ranges between $100K and $250K.
J) Guaranteed minimum of $500 will be met via contractor's participation in the Orientation Seminar;
however, the winning contractor will not receive $500.
K) Seed project site visit will be 24 Sep 2024 at 9:00 am EST at BLDG 2402 Vandenberg Ave. JB MDL, NJ.
L) Bid Bond/potential Payment Bond will be required for the seed project and subsequent Orders.
