The Fort Hood, Texas Sugarloaf Multi-Use (SLMU) Environmental Resilience Range requires repairs to update the current infrastructure.

Contracting Officers decision. This decision is final and shall not be subject to the "Disputes" clause or the "Contracts Dispute Act". The contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to FAR 52.232-18, "Availability of Funds".
