About this file
This document is a Sensitive Security Information Acknowledgement Form issued by the City of Phoenix Aviation Department. The form requires authorized representatives to acknowledge the confidential nature of certain documents related to an unspecified project, recognizing that the materials contain Sensitive Security Information governed by federal regulations (49 C.F.R. Parts 15 and 1520). Signatories must agree to destroy the referenced documents upon completion of their review or by the contract end date.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for Legal Counsel Services for the City of Phoenix Fire and Police Pension Boards. The solicitation seeks independent legal counsel to provide services including attending board meetings, offering legal advice, conducting litigation support, reviewing meeting materials, and ensuring compliance with open-meeting laws. Interested law firms or attorneys are invited to submit sealed proposals with detailed qualifications and hourly rates. The full solicitation documents are available through the City of Phoenix Procurement Portal, with the legal counsel expected to maintain independence from the employer and employee organizations while owing a fiduciary duty solely to the Local Boards.
