The solicitation requires offerors to provide at least 6-8 total examples of past performance. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all course materials are 508 compliant and certified by a trusted tester. The government anticipates 1-2 full-time equivalent employees for certain tasks under the contract. The solicitation requires the contractor to provide one faculty clinician (either an integrative medicine physician or a clinician with integrative health experience) to attend each clinical course, in addition to the government-provided faculty. Contractors must provide 3 mentoring sessions of at least 20 minutes each for the Whole Health Coaching course, with mentors meeting specific qualifications. The government will allow offerors to submit a draft Quality Control Plan as an appendix. The faculty member for the Whole Health Pathway Coaching Symposium is not required to hold an NBC-HWC credential, though it is strongly preferred.
